Where other privacy laws apply, we obtain consent or rely on another permitted basis as required by those laws.
You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.
Information needed to fulfil an order or meet a legal obligation may be necessary for us to provide the relevant service. Optional marketing and survey consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not rent or sell customer contact lists. We share advertising-related information as described in this policy and in accordance with applicable consent requirements.

6. International Data Transfers
Some providers may process personal information outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
In particular, we share the information necessary to deliver your order with fulfilment partners and carriers, which may operate internationally.
Where GDPR or UK GDPR requires a safeguard for an international transfer, we use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards, such as European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK transfers, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, as appropriate.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Non-essential tracking is activated only after you give consent through our Cookie Banner.
You can manage your choices through the cookie controls available on the Site. You can also contact us to withdraw consent. Browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies, although this may affect Site functionality.
Browser settings alone may not control server-side tracking, so use the Site’s consent controls or contact us to change those preferences.
For general information about cookies, visit All About Cookies.
8. Advertising and Server-Side Tracking
We use Meta Pixel to help deliver and measure advertising on Facebook and Instagram. As a result, you may see advertisements for feelfem after visiting the Site.
We also use WeTracked to send conversion information from our server to Meta. This is commonly referred to as server-side tracking or a Conversions API integration.
Relevant information may include browsing and order events, transaction details, device information, IP address, and customer identifiers. Certain customer identifiers may be hashed for matching purposes.
Server-side tracking does not remove the requirement to respect your consent choices. Both Meta Pixel and our advertising conversion tracking are activated only after your consent through our Cookie Banner.
You can also manage advertising preferences through:
Platform advertising settings do not replace the cookie and consent choices available on our Site.
9. Microsoft Clarity
With your consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to analyse visitor behaviour, including heatmaps, session recordings, scrolling, and interaction tracking.

For SMS:
-
Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
-
Reply HELP for assistance.

This does not affect your choices through our consent controls or any obligation to honour another privacy signal where applicable law requires it.
17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law.
The “Last updated” date shows when the policy was last revised. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes, such as a notice on the Site or an email where appropriate.
